Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at VIRGO BERTOLDO. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and support to families in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide childcare and support to children in their own homes
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability

Work Environment: This is a permanent position working in the employer's home. Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis.

Security and Safety: A reference is required for this position.

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available, and travel expenses are paid by the employer.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks are involved in this position.

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability are essential for this role.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience is required for this position.
