Job Overview

NorQuest College seeks a highly skilled ERP Functional Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft Finance and HCM Payroll to join our Enterprise Business Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships between Enterprise Business Solutions and other College areas, understanding and predicting their application, business process, and service needs.
  • Support and maintain PeopleSoft Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll functions, resolving incidents, building queries, and advising users on best practices.
  • Participate in ERP-related projects as a subject matter expert, business analyst, tester, and developer.
  • Learn and share knowledge with the team, collaborate with peers, and contribute to the evolution of the Enterprise Business Solutions team.

Requirements

  • Practical experience supporting PeopleSoft Finance and/or HCM Payroll modules, with consideration for experience with other financial and payroll systems.
  • Sound understanding of Financial and/or Payroll business processes.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) practitioner with knowledge of incident, service, and change management.
  • Business Analysis skills, including documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Excellent Functional Analysis skills, with experience researching and implementing new functionality.
  • Data Literacy, with a keen analytical mind and ability to extract and present data to support data-informed decisions.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to demonstrate leadership regardless of position.
  • Bonus: Developer skills, including customizing pages, building integrations, and developing reports and visualizations.
