Food Service Manager

KLC Hospitality Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, managing staff, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding work.
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language of work.
