Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Meltwich is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service operation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Hire and manage our food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest expectations of our customers.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of food to our customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain a high level of quality in our menu offerings.
