Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction across both residential and commercial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Data Consolidation: Acquire and consolidate data from multiple software platforms, including legacy systems, to provide comprehensive analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Analysis: Conduct cross-functional data analysis, exploring correlations between diverse data sets such as productivity, customer feedback, and safety metrics to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Trend Identification: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets from diverse sources.
  • System Consolidation: Assist in the planning and eventual consolidation of multiple systems into a unified platform.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Report on findings and suggest improvements to ensure efficient territory cost management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, with a strong capability in handling multiple data sources.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
  • Logistics Experience: Experience with logistics and route optimization tools such as Route4Me, Llamasoft, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information from various sources with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with multiple software platforms and the ability to extract and consolidate data effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as CAP, PMP, DASM, or Six Sigma Lean are preferred but not required.
