Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op/Intern Student to join our Assurance team at BDO Canada LLP. As a Co-op/Intern Student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in assurance services, working closely with our experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical knowledge from courses to carry out work projects and assignments
  • Prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards
  • Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality work
  • Participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program
  • Strong academic record and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
