Key Responsibilities:- Support the Supplier Development Manager in managing supplier documentation and implementing quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish alignment on quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses to identify areas for process improvements.
- Develop and implement quality training programs for corporate and operational team staff.
- Enrolled in a college or university science program in a related field.
- Good computer skills with intermediate level in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Working knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and Lean methodologies.
