We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Rehab First Inc. in Ottawa, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete general and specialized assessments to determine physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with clients.
  • Provide treatment to clients in the clinic, community, home, or workplace.
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent.
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing or in process of registration as a new grad.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in the community.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g., Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act).
  • Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a busy and varied caseload.
  • A valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
