Occupational Therapist

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Long Term Care team working out of the Powell River Health Unit in BC.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, coordinate, and implement occupational therapy services for clients in an interprofessional team model.
- Work in partnership with clients and families to establish goals and develop care plans.
- Deliver direct care and provide care management to assist clients in managing their own care.
Powell River is a scenic coastal town on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, offering a unique blend of outdoor adventure and cultural amenities.
Qualifications- Current full registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC).
- Recent experience in Home Health clinical practice in Community.
- Valid BC Driver's License required.
