About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Chronic Complex Care team at Willingdon Creek Village in Powell River, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients to achieve quality client-focused care and enable clients to develop healthy patterns of occupations.
- Perform duties including:
- Identifying and assessing client's occupational performance issues utilizing an evidence-based approach,
- Planning and implementing goal-directed services,
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the service, and
- Preparing and maintaining records.
- Contribute to the organization and delivery of occupational therapy services, and participate in departmental/program quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education.
