Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to contribute to our Chronic Complex Care team in Powell River, BC.
In this role, you will provide essential occupational therapy services to clients within our community setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and assessing client's occupational performance challenges, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing goal-oriented interventions.
Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse clientele.
- Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' occupational performance needs and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of two years of recent experience providing occupational therapy services in a relevant setting.
- Current full registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
