This role is part of our Tim Hortons Canada team and reports to the Director, Growth Channels, Test Markets & New Product Introduction. The successful candidate will lead new product launches in food and beverage categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities.
- Develop and execute product launch strategies, ensuring successful national and test market program launches.
- Lead projects to improve restaurant go-to-market initiatives and profitability.
- Ensure visibility and alignment across all test and national initiatives through the Tim Gate process.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, coordination, preferably in QSR or retail companies or in marketing.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in business, engineering, or marketing.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and influence others at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
