Job Description
  • Co-ordinate administrative services: Direct and control the daily operations of our administrative department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees: Oversee the collection and recording of fees from various sources, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial regulations.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations: Develop and execute operational plans, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services: Provide guidance and support to administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish: Ensure adherence to established governance and regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff: Recruit, train, and develop administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies: Manage budgets for client projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services: Compile and present reports to management committees, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
