About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Sourcing: Lead all purchasing activities, ensuring quality and cost optimization through effective supplier relationships.
  • Materials Planning and Logistics: Oversee materials planning, warehousing, and logistics operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, coach, and retain top talent to build a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Process Efficiency: Drive process efficiencies throughout the material flow process, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
