Basé à Montréal, Behaviour Interactive est un acteur majeur de l'industrie du jeu, créant des expériences inoubliables sur PC, console et mobile. On est un studio indépendant dynamique avec plus de 1200 employés passionnés, et on a des studios à Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Seattle (Midwinter Entertainment), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) et au Royaume-Uni (Behaviour UK–North & South). On se concentre sur deux grands axes : les Services et les Jeux Originaux. Notre équipe Services collabore avec des géants du jeu et du divertissement comme Disney, Sony, Activision et Nintendo, en offrant un développement sur commande de premier choix et en innovant dans le divertissement immersif en lieu fixe (LBE). Pendant ce temps, notre unité Jeux Originaux repousse les limites de notre créativité avec nos IPs emblématiques, comme le fameux Dead by Daylight. Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique et devenez un acteur clé dans l'élaboration des expériences de jeu. Nous recherchons actuellement un programmeur de gameplay senior pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que programmeur de gameplay senior, vous serez à l'avant-garde d'un projet passionnant, mettant en œuvre de nouvelles mécaniques de jeu et contribuant à améliorer celles existantes.
Compétences requises- Écrire un code clair, maintenable et bien documenté.
- Déboguer et optimiser votre code à des niveaux bas et élevés pour garantir des performances et une qualité optimales.
- Évaluer et communiquer autour des impacts possibles d'un changement dans le code.
- Participer activement aux revues de code.
- Travailler au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire sur le développement de diverses fonctionnalités de jeu – principalement liées aux 3C ou à l'utilisabilité (mécanique générale du jeu).
- Tester attentivement les fonctionnalités nouvellement implémentées et suggérer des améliorations.
- Écrire un code clair et maintenable depuis au moins 6 ans.
- Posséder une expérience préalable en programmation de gameplay avec au moins un jeu livré.
- Avoir une expérience préalable de travail avec Unreal4 ou Unreal5 sur des jeux en réseau/jeux multijoueurs en ligne.
- Avoir une bonne compréhension d'un environnement client/serveur dans Unreal Engine.
- Être à l'aise avec la programmation en C++.
- Aimer résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes avec la solution la plus efficace.
- Avoir de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Aimer le changement et pouvoir s'adapter aux besoins et aux exigences changeants.
- Expérience avec les jeux multiplateformes et en direct.
