Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain QA processes for art, content production, and integration.
  • Collaborate with Character Artists, Environment Artists, and Level Artists to ensure high-quality content.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and share updates with the QA team.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of art production and integration workflows.
  • Use development tools to identify issues and promote defect prevention.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and telemetry to improve the art testing process.
  • Provide qualitative feedback to improve product quality and perception.
  • Determine how to use player and internal data to support features at design and review stages.
  • Collaborate and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Identify technical solutions and data improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in an embedded product team.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Game Engine Knowledge: Unreal, Unity, or relevant engine experience.
  • Basic Knowledge of DCC tools such as Maya, Substance Painter, Zbrush, Autodesk 3DS Max, Blender.
  • Comfortable with common art workflows such as modeling and materials.
