Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Casualty Claims Adjuster to join our team remotely in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating casualty claims through loss investigation and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate casualty claims through thorough loss investigation and negotiation of settlements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Meet productivity and quality standards as set by the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting casualty claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in casualty claims.
- Post-Secondary education in an insurance-related field (asset).
- Licensed or working towards CIP designation.
- Experience in road adjusting, including investigation and detailed reporting of multi-line claims.
- Strong computer and reporting skills, including Office 365.
- A team player with outstanding customer service skills.
