About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Eminence Consulting Services. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
