En tant que Sales Associate, vous serez chargé de stimuler les ventes en gardant un esprit centré sur le consommateur et en utilisant des comportements de vente à travers des interactions authentiques avec les clients.

Responsabilités

  • Stimuler les ventes en utilisant des compétences en communication et en vente
  • Garantir que le magasin est constamment rangé et prêt pour les clients
  • Utiliser des compétences en communication verbale et non verbale pour dépasser les résultats de vente
  • Interagir régulièrement avec les clients au sein du magasin, offrant un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle
  • Adhérer aux politiques, procédures et pratiques qui s'alignent avec les directives de l'entreprise

Qualifications

  • Compétences avérées en communication
  • Capacité à travailler sur un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise
  • Capacité à être orienté(e) vers les solutions
  • Capacité à être flexible dans un environnement rapide
  • 0-1 an d'expérience professionnelle ou de vente au détail connexe est préférable
