We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Thankful Too Seafood. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to train is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical demands of the role include standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
- Excellent client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork skills are required.
