About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Work Plus Recruitment Ltd. in a full-time permanent position.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide support to colleagues as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
