Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed, and authorizing returns.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Air-conditioned work environment.
- Work Setting: Oil and gas industry.
