Advanced Mass Cytometry Polymer Specialist

Standard BioTools Canada is seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist (Polymer & Bioconjugate Chemistry) to join our exciting mass cytometry team based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionThis role will involve:
- Reviewing literature and developing scientific plans
- Characterizing reagents using chemical analytical methods
- Contributing to existing product scale-up and addressing product performance issues
- Collaborating with academic partners
- Conducting original research and presenting findings
- Developing technical procedures and protocols
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A PhD in chemistry or related field
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and lead projects
- Experience with chemical characterization techniques and flow cytometry
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and design control principles
You must also be willing to relocate to the Greater Toronto Area.
