Job Overview

We are a family of three, with a newborn and a toddler who requires occasional care while his parents work from home. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare, ensuring the child's physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met;
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the child's development and well-being;
  • Establish a daily routine that includes activities, games, and other engaging experiences to stimulate the child's curiosity and creativity;
  • Communicate effectively with parents, sharing updates and insights into the child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to establish a daily routine that meets the child's needs and promotes their development;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing circumstances and priorities;
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
