Job Summary

The Financial Services Manager will lead the integration and enhancement of technology to support the Finance vision and strategic goals. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various finance systems, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, and Payroll.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or accounting with 3-5 years related experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting processes and procedures, as well as best practice business performance. They will also possess systems and database architecture knowledge to enhance performance and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain finance systems, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, and Payroll.
  • Lead the integration and enhancement of technology to support Finance vision and strategic goals.
  • Provide quality improvement, leadership, and support within the Finance department consistent with strategic and operational standards and goals.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop structures and processes to advance quality and improve system integration.
