Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Industrial Windows Software Developer to join our team. As an Industrial Windows Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining industrial software applications for our clients in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain industrial software applications using Windows 10/11 and SQL Server.
  • Work with the application architect to design and implement new features and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with the project and support teams to ensure seamless integration with hardware and software systems.
  • Support the service team in troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Windows 10/11, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in industrial software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SQL Server, and C#.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile development and web development.
  • Knowledge of digital I/O and hardware interfaces.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours for customer installations.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to work remotely and in the office as needed.
  • Must be able to support customers after hours if an emergency situation arises.
