Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our Emissions Testing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting emissions testing programs throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with emissions testing programs, including preparation, packing, setup, testing, and demobilization
  • Drive to and from work sites, hauling and parking equipment trailers
  • Calibrate and maintain emissions sampling equipment
  • Repair emissions sampling equipment
  • Operate sampling equipment
  • Clean sampling equipment
  • Deliver samples
  • Enter data into Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Valid Class G driver's license
  • Valid passport and ability to travel and work in the United States
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Ability to work in hot and cold ambient conditions
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (50 lbs.)
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with emissions testing using Canadian and US EPA methodologies
  • Experience working with air testing equipment and analyzers
  • Experience working with electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Experience calibrating equipment
  • Experience working in an outdoor environment
