About the Role

SIXT Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Preparation: Clean and vacuum interior vehicles to SIXT standards, wash and clean exterior vehicles, and inspect vehicles for damage and safety concerns.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their rental needs, provide advice and sales, and manage the rental process.
  • Fleet Management: Fuel and stage vehicles, check fluid levels and tire condition, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Site Appearance: Maintain the overall appearance of our branch locations, including general cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior spaces.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous working experience preferred but not required.
  • License: A valid provincial driver's license, for the province of employment, with a clean driving record.
  • Availability: Able to work 40 hours a week, including day and/or evening hours, and holidays.
