About the Role:
SIXT Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our rental fleet, adhering to SIXT's high standards.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues, reporting them to the Branch Manager as necessary.
- Check fuel levels, warning lights, and vehicle settings, ensuring all vehicles are ready for rental.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with fueling and staging vehicles, ensuring they are ready for rental.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to SIXT's health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous working experience preferred but not required.
- A valid provincial driver's license, for the province of employment, with a clean driving record.
- Able to work 40 hours a week, including day and/or evening hours, and holidays.
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
