Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies that align with the company's overall strategy;
  • Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration;
  • Perform administrative tasks, including planning and organizing projects, and managing budgets;
  • Plan and develop strategic growth initiatives to drive business expansion;
  • Identify and develop venture capital sources to support business growth;
  • Respond to inquiries from members of the business community regarding development opportunities;
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences;
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products;
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights;
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content;
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects;
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns, e-commerce strategies, and website promotions;
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Ensure that the necessary business licenses and permits are in place;
  • Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's overall strategy;

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of business principles, marketing strategies, and sales techniques;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

    Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year
