Cleaner Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. as part of our commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and sanitation activities of our facilities to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our clients and employees.
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning services provided to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitation.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or sanitation role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
