Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at 2621193 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals to achieve exceptional results and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor the quality of work to ensure that it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, team performance, and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
