Job Title: Director, Performance Marketing

At Silk & Snow, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Performance Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving business growth through data-driven decision making, and leading a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a performance marketing role, with a proven track record of driving business growth through digital marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of marketing professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
