Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant pickleball club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports management or hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring seamless delivery of services and programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Foster a positive and inclusive club culture, promoting a sense of community among members
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
  • Analyze club performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sports management or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
