About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Elixir Real Estate Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including coordinating the flow of information, opening and distributing mail, and supervising other workers.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Setting: Real estate.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
