National Account Administrator

Congo Brands is a leading consumer product brand company, and we're seeking a highly skilled National Account Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our National Accounts team, you will provide analytical support, sales insights, and business solutions for our assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Perform analysis against strategic priorities and goals for the National Accounts Team, collaborating with market-level leaders to align analysis efforts.
- Conduct descriptive and predictive analysis on velocity, price levels, promotional activities, and distribution for assigned customers, and persuasively communicate business insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain customer dashboards, scorecards, and other structured communications of business results to stakeholders.
- Build sales presentations, combining analytics and foundational sales techniques to create high-impact sales stories.
- Manage internal account and product alignment, segmentation, and data accuracy for assigned accounts.
- Assist in tracking national account continuous improvement projects and internal/external continuous improvement reporting.
- Perform complex analyses to provide recommendations to the sales team based on different reports and data sources.
- 35 years of overall work experience within the beverage alcohol and/or CPG industry.
- Minimum of 35 years in an analytical role within sales/marketing, finance, business strategy, or a related function.
- Experience using AS400, SAP, and NetSuite platforms.
- Customer portal experience (Costco, Walmart, Wawa, GS, Metro).
- Systems expertise required, ability to manipulate large data sets.
- Ability to generate high-quality marketing, sales, and/or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to persuasively communicate business insights to key stakeholders.
