Job Title: Customs Release Specialist - Freight Forwarding Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customs Release Clerk to join our team at Randstad Canada.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1 year of Customs experience to expand their skills and knowledge in the freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customs department with various tasks including data entry, validating information, verifying credit and invoices, and obtaining additional information from customers and suppliers.
  • Identify changes to profiles and advise intermediate or senior underwriters.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, truckers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in a related Logistics/Transport program.
  • 1 year of similar experience in Customs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (essential).
