We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President and Senior Sales Director to join our team at 2405521 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Business Objectives: Formulate and approve company policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Departmental Organization: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective business operations.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve overall personnel planning.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong and effective leadership team.
- Business Acumen: Proven experience in business management, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of senior staff.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
