Executive Vice-president and General Sales Director – Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services

Aagum Trucking Experts Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Vice-president and General Sales Director to lead our Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to allocate resources and achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, divisions, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Formulate and approve financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and human resources planning to drive business growth.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring the company's interests are represented and protected.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
