Transportation Supervisor

BHULLAR & SONS INVESTMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our trucking division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.
The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of drivers and coordinating the scheduling of routes and deliveries. They will also be responsible for training and developing the skills of their team members, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising drivers and coordinating routes and deliveries
- Training and developing team members
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the transportation industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
