We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Sembhi Transport Ltd.
Job Summary:The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our transportation team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards of performance.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
- 5-10 years of experience in transportation or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
