Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Sembhi Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient transportation services.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on transportation operations and performance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in transportation operations.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies related to transportation operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- 5-10 years of experience in transportation operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of transportation logistics and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
