About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Good Landstar Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for logistics staff.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
