Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sabitri's Global Cuisine. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Smart Serve, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Excellent oral communication, client focus, and team player skills.
This is a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
