About the Role:

  • We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to advance our dermatology products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the dermatology community.
  • Provide scientific expertise and support to customers, including educational programs, advisory boards, and research collaborations.
  • Leverage your knowledge of immunology and/or dermatology to drive business growth and expansion.
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in internal training and communication with the medical, brand team, and territory managers, as well as provide clinical and economic value information to thought leaders, payers, and formulary decision makers.
  • This is a field-based position, requiring regular travel to meet with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctorate (MD), PhD, or PharmD degree preferred, but minimum Master's degree and/or healthcare professional background will be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year of field medical experience required.
  • Proven ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of the healthcare system, disease management, and medical research.
  • Pharmaceutical business and market knowledge and experience considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, team, written, and verbal communication skills.
