About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at APTORR. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of software projects from conception to delivery, working closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and implement technical strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain high-performing engineering teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Design and implement technical architectures that meet business requirements and support scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products on time and on budget.
  • Proven expertise in leading agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
