About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and planning of logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage tasks with senior associates and provide support to colleagues and internal customers.
  • Liaise with airlines, agents, and other parties involved in logistics operations.
  • Execute planned logistics solutions and create basic shipment orders.
  • Follow up on orders and work with colleagues to expedite and resolve issues.
  • Use World Courier facilities and tools to comply with requirements.
  • Pre-advise destination offices for shipments with special requirements.
  • Enter clear, precise instructions in order files.
  • Develop creative solutions that align with the best interest of clients.
  • Deal directly with clients, drivers, customs, and other logistics stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other logistics specialists in World Courier's global network.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer care and a High School diploma.
  • Potential for travel to various destinations worldwide.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
