Junior Sustainability Consultant (CSRD and EU Taxonomy)

Full or part time

We are seeking a talented Junior Sustainability Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in empowering our customers to break new ground in their sustainability journey.

As a Junior Sustainability Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of experts and contribute to the development of our sustainability strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and sharing knowledge and insights on CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
  2. Supporting the mapping of rules and regulations to SAP ERP relevant topics.
  3. Contributing to the Global Sustainability Community.
  4. Supporting the development of Global consultancy assets.
  5. Supporting local consultants in training and inspiring them to become local champions.
  6. Supporting customer workshops on CSRD.
  7. Supporting pre-sales activities.

Requirements include:

  1. Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, IT/Data Science, sustainability management, or a comparable degree program.
  2. 1-3 years of professional experience in CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
  3. Skilled user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  4. Intrinsic motivation and interest in Sustainability.
  5. Experience in ESG/non-financial reporting or sustainability management.
  6. Demonstrable knowledge of the EU CSRD regulation and EU Taxonomy.
  7. Strong affinity with DATA and innovative IT.
  8. Team player, flexible in adjusting to cultural differences and preferences.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (sales & marketing oriented).
