About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in empowering our customers to break new ground in their sustainability journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and share knowledge and insights on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and EU Taxonomy.
  2. Support the mapping of CSR and EU Taxonomy rules and regulations to SAP ERP relevant topics.
  3. Contribute to the development of Global consultancy assets.
  4. Support local consultants in training and inspiring them on CSR and EU Taxonomy.
  5. Support customer workshops on CSR and EU Taxonomy.
  6. Participate in pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, IT/Data Science, sustainability management, or a comparable degree program.
  2. 1-3 years of professional experience in CSR and EU Taxonomy.
  3. Skilled user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  4. Intrinsic motivation and interest in Sustainability.
  5. Experience in ESG/non-financial reporting or sustainability management.
  6. Demonstrable knowledge of the EU CSR regulation and EU Taxonomy.
  7. Strong affinity with DATA and innovative IT.
  8. Team player, flexible in adjusting to cultural differences and preferences.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
