Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Indigenous student pathways and experiences
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, faculties, and community partners to advance Indigenous student success
  • Lead the development and implementation of Indigenous-focused programs and services
  • Provide leadership and support to Indigenous students, staff, and faculty
  • Advocate for Indigenous student needs and interests
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Indigenous student services or education
  • Proven track record of leadership and program development
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and experiences
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
